Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brad Chestner (ranked 548 p4p, 960 weight class) and Wille Thai (ranked 73 p4p, 131 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chestner might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Black Eyed Bruiser. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Thai drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Thai sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Chestner's guard.
Thai is looking for a kimura but Chestner is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Thai to get the leverage.

Thai wants to work for an arm triangle but Chestner is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
