Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frankee Guh Noo (ranked 3363 p4p, 1946 weight class) and Libor Lunak (ranked 403 p4p, 265 weight class). Guh Noo comes to the cage accompanied by 2Pac - All Eyez On Me. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frankee Guh Noo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Libor Lunak! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Franklyn Lucas and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lunak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Guh Noo paws at him with a jab and circles away. Libor Lunak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Guh Noo misses with a few strikes there.
It seemed like Lunak was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Guh Noo misses with a double jab.
Lunak scores with a kick to the body.

Lunak ducks right into an uppercut from Guh Noo. Sloppy strikes from Guh Noo. Those never looked like landing. Guh Noo scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Libor Lunak has been cut. Lunak stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Frankee Guh Noo has been cut. Lunak misses with a few strikes there.
Guh Noo appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Lunak misses with the combination.

That's one minute gone in the round. Guh Noo shoots for a double leg takedown but Lunak sprawls well. He's pushed Guh Noo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Despite the aggression on Lunak's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Lunak uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Guh Noo. Guh Noo dives in and scores a takedown into Lunak's guard. Guh Noo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Lunak really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Guh Noo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Guh Noo drops back looking for a leg! Lunak is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lunak manages to kick Guh Noo off! Guh Noo jumps back into Lunak's guard. Guh Noo stands and throws Lunak's legs to the side, diving into side control. Lunak is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Guh Noo has just dragged him back down to the mat. Guh Noo has knee on belly and moves into mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guh Noo with a couple of short strikes. Guh Noo goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Lunak turns into him and now he's in Guh Noo's guard.
Lunak wants to get up but he can't break Guh Noo's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Guh Noo is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lunak wants to stand and escape but instead Guh Noo has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Guh Noo passes Lunak's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guh Noo tries to pass the half guard into mount. Lunak knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Guh Noo lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Guh Noo thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Lunak on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That has opened up Libor Lunak's cut even more. Guh Noo seems to be working for a kimura but Lunak defends the submission attempt. Lunak is trying to stand up here but Guh Noo is controlling him well. Guh Noo is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Guh Noo moves into full mount! Lunak won't be happy about that! Lunak prevents Guh Noo from taking his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Guh Noo is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Lunak has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Guh Noo is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lunak can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lunak can do anything to dispel that myth. Guh Noo wants to finish this one by submission but Lunak is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Guh Noo. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Frankee Guh Noo dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Guh Noo tries to keep at a distance but Lunak has taken the fight into the clinch. Lunak lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Lunak with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Guh Noo is trying to drag Lunak to the mat but Lunak just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Guh Noo has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lunak uses from the top position. Guh Noo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lunak is aware though and is defending well. Lunak has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Guh Noo is proving hard to escape from. Lunak must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Guh Noo has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lunak is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Guh Noo. We've been hearing good reports from Guh Noo's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Guh Noo is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Lunak off and has taken his back!

Lunak is trying to get back to his feet but Guh Noo has full control of the position and if anything, Lunak has just worked his way into a worse spot. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Guh Noo has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Lunak has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Guh Noo has a closed guard, preventing Lunak from standing up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Guh Noo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lunak wants to get back to his feet but Guh Noo drags him back down. Guh Noo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lunak is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Guh Noo grinds an elbow into Lunak's temple. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lunak tries to escape but Guh Noo is in control. Guh Noo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Guh Noo swings around for an armbar but Lunak sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Guh Noo's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guh Noo tries to land a sweep but no joy. Guh Noo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Guh Noo is looking for a triangle but Lunak pushes his legs off easily.
Lunak wants to stand but Guh Noo is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Guh Noo looking for a sweep. Not yet Guh Noo, not yet. Guh Noo is working hard here to advance position. Guh Noo working for a triangle but Lunak defends it easily.
Frankee Guh Noo overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Guh Noo has a closed guard, preventing Lunak from standing up. Guh Noo looking for subs off his back but Lunak has passed one foot through into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Guh Noo is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lunak pulls his head out easily. Guh Noo looking for submissions off his back. Guh Noo looking for a kimura from the bottom but Lunak passes into side control! Guh Noo is looking for a sweep.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Lunak wants to stand but Guh Noo has his arm trapped. Guh Noo manages to get back to half guard. Guh Noo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Lunak moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Guh Noo. Libor Lunak has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Lunak stands up. Libor Lunak is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lunak darts in and clinches Guh Noo up against the cage. Frankee Guh Noo is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Guh Noo blocks an uppercut.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Libor Lunak. I think Guh Noo has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
