Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olo Adofo (ranked 5803 p4p, 3997 weight class) and Matthew Diggs (ranked 566 p4p, 482 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Olo Adofo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Matthew Diggs!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggs lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Diggs takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Diggs gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Adofo tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Diggs's elbow.
Adofo lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Adofo lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Adofo throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Diggss head.
Nice body punch from Adofo.
A body shot lands from Adofo.
Diggs looks winded!
Adofo scores with a hook to the body.

Adofo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Diggs misses with a looping right.
Adofo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Diggs stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Adofo lands a jab to the nose.

It looks like Matthew Diggs has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Adofo connects with a right hand. Diggs shakes it off.

Adofo lands a big uppercut and Diggs crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Diggs looks OK. Adofo waves Diggs back to his feet!

Diggs is rocked!
Diggs doesn't manage to clinch there - Adofo circles away.
Adofo will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Diggs buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Diggs throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
An attempted straight right counter from Adofo misses the target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Adofo misses with a body shot.
Diggs misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Adofo looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
A slow jab from Diggs misses its intended target.
Adofo tries a head kick but it misses.
Adofo cracks Diggs with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Diggs tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Adofo pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Diggs is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Olo Adofo!
