Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boone misses with a right hand
and Griffith counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jackson Boone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boone scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Boone swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Boone avoids the head kick by Griffith.
Griffith is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Griffith catches Boone with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Boone has Griffith up against the cage in a clinch.
Griffith tries to throw a body punch but Boone avoids it by throwing Griffith back against the cage.
Boone slowing the pace effectively.
Boone misses with the head strike.
Boone can't find room to land a body shot as Griffith controls the action.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Griffith tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Boone tries a body shot but Griffith blocks it.

Griffith breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Boone uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Griffith has time to react.

Griffith scores with the left hand. Boone knows he should have avoided that one.
Griffith tries to clinch there but Boone circles away.
Boone is looking for a counter combo.
Boone has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Average Judas Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Boone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Griffith manages to avoid it.
Boone misses with a lunging right hand
and Griffith counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Boone finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
A low kick lands for Boone.
Boone throws a jab but it's blocked by Griffith.
Boone backing away here, and Griffith unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Boone ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Griffith moves away.

Griffith clinches.
Boone is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Griffith is defending well for now.

Boone has a couple of punches blocked by Griffith.
Griffith blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Boone lands a left hand that snaps the head of Griffith backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Griffith breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Griffith takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Boone gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Boone falls off balance throwing a combination
and Griffith counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Boone connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Griffith slips a straight right by Boone.
Boone throws a sloppy body shot
and Griffith counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Griffith fails in his attempt to clinch.
Boone misses with a straight right.
Griffith takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Boone connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Griffith throws a powerful right kick. Boone tried to block low but the kick was high! Boone was taken right off of his feet! Griffith jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
