Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kimbo Slaissi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gothic Line!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slaissi uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Line.
Slaissi tried to counter with a leg kick but Line avoided it.

Slaissi darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Line thows a left - swing and a miss!
A jab from Line misses.
Slaissi moves in looking to clinch but Line pushes him off.
That kick from Line tenderised Slaissi's leg. Slaissi is trying to keep his angry face on.
Line throws the left hand but Slaissi avoids the punch easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Slaissi gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Slaissi goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Line misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Line tries to circle away but Slaissi has him pinned against the cage.

Line swings wildly with an uppercut but Slaissi uses good head movement to avoid it.

Line breaks the clinch.

It looks like Kimbo Slaissi has been cut.
Slaissi avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Line lands an overhand right.
Slaissi scores with a jab.
Gothic Line seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Line's jab looks to have found its range, popping Slaissi under the eye.
Line throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Line tries to bum rush Slaissi with a series of wild strikes but Slaissi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
An inside leg kick from Line misses.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Line! Slaissi is out on his feet! Line rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Slaissi is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Slaissi is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gothic Line!
