Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kunt Andreas (ranked 2955 p4p, 4049 weight class) and Mbape Smooth (ranked 393 p4p, 509 weight class). Andreas's entrance music is Gikk i Bakken. A fine choice. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kunt Andreas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mbape Smooth!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Valeri Chadov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andreas checks a leg kick.
Smooth slips a jab from Andreas.
Andreas throws a front kick that sends Smooth stumbling back into the ropes.
A slapping body kick lands there for Andreas.
Smooth looks winded!
Andreas connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Smooth drops his hands momentarily and Andreas takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It looks like Mbape Smooth has been cut.
Andreas throws a big shot that misses.
Andreas moves out of range as Smooth strikes.
Smooth avoids a kick to the body.
A shot to the body from Smooth misses
and Andreas counters with a nice right hand that sends Smooth toppling to the canvas! Smooth scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Andreas finish him?!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Andreas cracks Smooth on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Smooth falls backwards against the ropes. Andreas follows up with more strikes that drop Smooth to his knees. Andreas keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Smooth! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kunt Andreas!
