Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dubaku Womba (ranked 1517 p4p, 1248 weight class) and Sean Dickinson (ranked 206 p4p, 173 weight class). Womba's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Damian Marley - Road to Zion ft. Nas. Dickinson has chosen Resurrection - Chris Travis as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dubaku Womba! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sean Dickinson! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Dickinson.
Womba scores with a crisp jab that stopped Dickinson in his tracks. A jab from Dickinson misses. Dickinson avoids the body shot from Womba.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Womba shoots in for a takedown but Dickinson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Dickinson was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Womba clinches with his opponent.
Dickinson lands with a left to the head. Womba tries to pull guard but Dickinson holds him up against the cage and eventually Womba drops back down to his feet.
We've been hearing reports that Womba has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Dickinson pushes Womba off looking to stand but Womba dives back in and keeps control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Dickinson with a hook. Womba uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dickinson. Womba attempts a counter takedown but Dickinson avoids it well and moves away. Dickinson tries to keep at a distance but Womba has taken the fight into the clinch. Womba is working for takedown but Dickinson is calmly controlling the position for now. Womba goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

That was a close round but I would say that Dubaku Womba will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Womba fails with the takedown. Dickinson tries a quick counter leg kick but Womba is wise to it. Sean Dickinson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Dubaku Womba's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round! Womba fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Dickinson on the side of the head. Womba tries to move into range but Dickinson moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Womba bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Womba trying to control the action but Dickinson is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Womba in the domination position with Dickinson hanging on. But no, Dickinson has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Womba but great work by Dickinson. Womba tries to improve position but can't. Dickinson content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Womba trying to control but Dickinson flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Womba is working hard here to advance position. Dickinson controlling from the back. Dickinson doesn't have the hooks in and Womba manages to turn into his guard.
Womba thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Womba is looking to advance position but Dickinson has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

And that's the end of the fight! Sean Dickinson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dickinson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
