Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mohammed Kahn (ranked 4 p4p, 66 weight class) and Fabiano Capellio (ranked 1 p4p, 12 weight class). Kahn comes to the cage accompanied by كارتل مدان. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 25 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mohammed Kahn! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 13 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Fabiano Capellio! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Capellio takes a jab right on the kisser.
Capellio throws a body kick that misses. Kahn throwing a counter right hand but Capellio manages to avoid it. Capellio fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Capellio throws out a loose jab but Kahn uses good head movement to avoid it. A clash of legs there as Capellio blocks the low kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kahn missing with a left hand there. Capellio was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Kahn avoids the head kick by Capellio.
That's one minute gone in the round. A combination from Kahn does no damage. Capellio looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Kahn looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Kahn swings and misses with a shot to the body and Capellio counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Mohammed Kahn has been cut. Capellio throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. A big left from Capellio misses. Kahn throws a right hand that misses
letting Capellio counter with a right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Capellio lands a big head kick that sends Kahn tumbling to the mat! Capellio takes a step backwards and waves Kahn back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Kahn is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kahn wants to slow Capellio down by chopping away at his legs. Capellio raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Kahn misses with an attempted mid kick.
Kahn misses with the body kick and Capellio counters with a slapping leg kick. Kahn fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Capellio checks it well. It seemed like Capellio was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Kahn swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jab, jab by Capellio - just one landing.
Mohammed Kahn's cut is getting worse. Kahn lands a lovely overhand right. Capellio lands a big uppercut and Kahn crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kahn looks OK. Capellio waves Kahn back to his feet! Oh Kahn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kahn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kahn seems to have got his legs back now. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kahn bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Kahn throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Capellio throws out a loose jab but Kahn uses good head movement to avoid it. A little feinted left hand from Kahn on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Kahn misses with the body kick and Capellio counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Mohammed Kahn's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Good standup being displayed there by Kahn as he connects with a hook. Kahn sends Capellio crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Kahn is motioning to the referee to let Capellio up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Capellio checks a leg kick nicely. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Fabiano Capellio dominated that round. The cut man is working on Mohammed Kahn's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Capellio throws a sloppy head kick and Kahn moves out of range easily. Kahn throwing a counter right hand but Capellio manages to avoid it. Kahn misses with a hook
and Capellio counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Capellio avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Capellio throws a head kick but Kahn moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Capellio throws an off balance right hand
and Kahn counters with a crisp right hand that drops Capellio! Kahn lets Capellio back up to his feet, looking for a finish! Kahn swings for the body but Capellio moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Capellio looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Kahn jabbing away but nothing is landing. Capellio looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Kahn lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Kahn lands a nice looking kick to the body. Capellio takes a step back to recover. Kahn scores with a sloppy right hand. Capellio should have avoided that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Capellio misses with a right hand and Kahn counters with a nice right hand that sends Capellio toppling to the canvas! Capellio scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Kahn finish him?! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kahn misses with a hook. Capellio ducked under it nicely. Kahn lands with a shot to the body. Kahn takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A little feinted left hand from Kahn on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Capellio takes a shot right to the bread basket.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Capellio explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Kahn throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Capellio is trying to counter with his kicks. Mohammed Kahn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kahn scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Kahn looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kahn crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Capellio - the referee stops the clock and Kahn gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Capellio. Kahn manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A big left from Kahn misses. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Capellio! But no joy. Capellio ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Capellio takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Kahn is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Capellio can do to turn this around? Kahn lands a big uppercut and Capellio crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Capellio looks OK. Kahn waves Capellio back to his feet!

Here we go, back to the action! Kahn fails in his attempt to clinch. Capellio takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Capellio takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Kahn throws a leg kick that is checked and Capellio counters with a body kick that stops Kahn in his tracks momentarily. Mohammed Kahn is winning the standup battle so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Capellio keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Capellio misses with a kick to the body and Kahn cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Kahn wants to slow Capellio down by chopping away at his legs. A shot to the body from Kahn misses and Capellio counters with a stiff right hand. Kahn misses with an attempted mid kick.
Capellio replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Kahn blocks it well. Kahn throws a big shot that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kahn bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Capellio on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Kahn tries to clinch there but Capellio circles away.
Capellio follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Kahn scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Kahn misses with a looping right. It seemed like Capellio was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oooooh!!! Kahn has knocked Capellio down with a huge combo! Kahn steps away and waves a wobbly Capellio back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Capellio is still on wobbly legs! Can Kahn finish him?
It looks like Fabiano Capellio has been cut. Kahn throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Capellio takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Kahn throws a nice inside leg kick. Capellio gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Kahn points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Capellio wakes up just in time to hear Kahn thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mohammed Kahn! Mohammed Kahn retains his light heavyweight title! After the fight, Mohammed Kahn was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
