And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kotaro Asakura!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Bruno Lombardi and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Hunt checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Hunt looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Hunt lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Kotaro Asakura has been cut.
Asakura throws a nice inside leg kick.
An inside leg kick from Asakura misses.
Hunt paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Asakura lands a head kick!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Asakura throws a leg kick but Hunt moved away.
Asakura keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hunt.
Hunt misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hunt jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Hunt connects with a high kick.
Asakura avoids the head kick by Hunt.
Asakura jabs Hunt right on the nose. Hunt blinks but takes it well.
Hunt clinches.
Hunt manages to break the clinch.
Hunt lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Asakura can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Hunt and Asakura drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Hunt.
