Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lion Tiger (ranked 335 p4p, 786 weight class) and Paulo Kogos (ranked 53 p4p, 113 weight class). Tiger comes into the arena with Alok - Hear Me Tonight blaring out of the sound system. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Paulo Kogos was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiger throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Kogos keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tiger.
Kogos misses the body punch
and Tiger counters with a series of strikes. Kogos will be more careful next time no doubt.
A jab from Tiger does it's job there.
A slow jab from Tiger misses its intended target.
Kogos looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Kogos takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Tiger swings widly with a right hand
and Kogos makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Tiger moves into range and connects with a jab.
It looks like Paulo Kogos has been cut.
Kogos defending well as Tiger loads up on a big left hand.
Kogos takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Tiger takes a swing at Kogos's ribcage but misses.
A jab from Tiger does it's job there.
Tiger cracks a nice hook into Kogos's ribs.
Tiger lands with a big right hook that stumbles Kogos - he's out on his feet here! Tiger follows up with another monster hook that separates Kogos from consciousness! Kogos falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Tiger stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Lion Tiger!
