Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Derrick Colson (ranked 825 p4p, 2347 weight class) and Takedown Mcgee Jr (ranked 119 p4p, 313 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colson takes the fight into the clinch.
Colson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Mcgee Jr smiles and moves away.
Mcgee Jr gets tackled into the cage by Colson. Colson maintains the clinch.
Colson is trying to pull guard but Mcgee Jr turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Mcgee Jr goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Colson fails to pull guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Derrick Colson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Colson pulls guard.
Colson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Mcgee Jr throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Colson looking for a guillotine here but Mcgee Jr defends easily.
Colson pushes a forearm under Mcgee Jr's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Mcgee Jr is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
