The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rees Mogg throws a lazy right hand but Edwards sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Rees Mogg throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Edwards unleashes a big counter combination but Rees Mogg bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Rees Mogg looks to score with a jab to the body but Edwards is just out of range.
Edwards displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rees Mogg throws out the jab.
Edwards replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Rees Mogg blocks it well.
Rees Mogg bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Edwards circles away from the clinch attempt

Edwards throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rees Mogg takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Edwards has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Rees Mogg throws a hook but Edwards avoids it easily.

Edwards cracks Rees Mogg with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Rees Mogg looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Edwards finish him?

Rees Mogg is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Edwards's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
