Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Azriel Pandens (ranked 1368 p4p, 1347 weight class) and The Cucumber (ranked 184 p4p, 180 weight class). Cucumber comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Scooter - Nessaja kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Azriel Pandens!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, The Cucumber!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cucumber bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pandens uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Cucumber has time to react.
Pandens misses with a right hand
and Cucumber counters with a straight right hand.
A good leg kick by Cucumber.
Cucumber avoids the head kick by Pandens.
Pandens throws a jab but it's blocked by Cucumber.
Some bone on bone action there as Pandens checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
A little feinted left hand from Pandens on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Cucumber bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pandens's head backwards.
Pandens misses with a looping left.
Azriel Pandens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cucumber takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Pandens takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pandens throws a series of punches but Cucumber moves out of range.
Pandens throws out a loose jab but Cucumber uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cucumber lands with a shot to the body.
Cucumber uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pandens.

Pandens looks to throw the jab but Cucumber is out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Cucumber! But no joy.
Pandens misses with a hook
and Cucumber connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Cucumber uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pandens.
Cucumber has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Cucumber lands with a shot to the body.
Pandens throws a body punch but Cucumber moves out of range.
Pandens throws a lazy head kick
and Cucumber counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Cucumber takes a jab right on the kisser.
Cucumber gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Pandens.
Pandens ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cucumber moves away.
Nice defenses there by Cucumber.
As Pandens backs off Cucumber throws a huge counter combo but Pandens manages to avoid it all.
Cucumber misses with an uppercut
and Pandens counters with an inside leg kick.
Cucumber lands a really nice looking cross but Pandens seems unphased.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pandens misses with a low kick as Cucumber jumps back.

Pandens drops Cucumber with a beautiful combination! Cucumber stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Pandens is looking for the KO!

Cucumber is rocked!
Pandens flashes Cucumber a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Cucumber's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Cucumber crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Pandens punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Azriel Pandens!
A relieved looking Azriel Pandens thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
