The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dead digs a good body shot into Smith's ribs.
Smith lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Dead throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Smith paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Smith cracks a nice hook into Dead's ribs.
Smith has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Smith avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Dead might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Smith lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Smith throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Smith ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dead moves away.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Smith. Dead shrugs it off though.
Smith scores with a hook to the body. Dead takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Smith cracks Dead with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Dead looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Smith finish him?

Dead is rocked!
Dead is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Smith.
Dead is still on wobbly legs! Can Smith finish him?
Dead looks winded!

Smith drops Dead with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dead looks back up at him and smiles so Smith waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dead throws a big shot that misses.
A nice leg kick from Smith, right into the meat of the thigh.
Dead throws a hook to the side of Smith's head but Smith sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dead seems to have recovered his senses.

Smith lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Smith lands a big uppercut and Dead crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Dead looks OK. Smith waves Dead back to his feet!
Smith ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Smith lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Dead ducks into an uppercut from Smith and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
