Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ernesto Mathieu (ranked 2244 p4p, 2848 weight class) and Ronan Darongo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Darongo has chosen Chaos And Destruction as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ernesto Mathieu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ronan Darongo!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Mathieu misses.
Mathieu blocks a jab.
Darongo throws a leg kick which misses Mathieu's front leg but catches the back leg as Mathieu tries to avoid it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Darongo. Mathieu does a little dance to reset his feet.
Mathieu on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Darongo misses with a straight right.
Darongo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Mathieu is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Darongo misses with a looping right.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Darongo moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Darongo scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Mathieu looks to land a body kick but Darongo moved away.
Mathieu seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Darongo has managed to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Darongo misses with a punch on the inside.
Mathieu lands a nice knee to the body.
Mathieu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Darongo throws a predictable looking body shot
and Mathieu counters with a stiff right hand.

Darongo wants to clinch up but Mathieu keeps it at a distance.
A little feinted left hand from Mathieu on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Darongo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Mathieu counters with a crisp right hand that drops Darongo! Mathieu lets Darongo back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Darongo looks winded!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mathieu fakes the body blow, causing Darongo to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Darongo goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ernesto Mathieu!
In his post fight interview, Ernesto Mathieu started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
