Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Iner Raledran (ranked 1585 p4p, 1507 weight class) and Bofur Widenose (ranked 232 p4p, 221 weight class). Bofur Widenose is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 2, fighting out of New York, Iner Raledran!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bofur Widenose!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Phil Schofield and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Widenose shoots in and gets a takedown into Raledran's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Raledran has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Widenose can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Raledran escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Widenose gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Widenose got a little sloppy there for a moment and Raledran has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Widenose has managed to get both his arms back between Raledran's legs - danger averted.
Widenose is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Raledran is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Widenose lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Raledran down.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Widenose working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

Widenose wants to take a breather but Raledran manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Widenose.

Widenose's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Widenose duly obliges.
Raledran catches Widenose with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Widenose tries to score a power double leg takedown but Raledran sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Widenose somewhat.
Iner Raledran has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bofur Widenose.

The fighters circling - Raledran throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Widenose tries to close the distance and clinch but Raledran swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Raledran stuns Widenose with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

and Widenose decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Raledran's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Raledran wants to hit a sweep here but Widenose passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Raledran there!

Widenose is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Widenose is nestled in close to Raledran, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

A close second round but Bofur Widenose will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Raledran wants to get up but he can't break Widenose's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Raledran tries to stand but can't do so whilst Widenose controls his leg.

Raledran will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Raledran thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Widenose is looking to regain half guard here but Raledran keeps moving and retains side control.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Widenose manages to work his way to half guard, despite Raledran's best efforts.
Widenose is looking to control Raledran's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Widenose avoid being mounted?
Widenose wants to get back to full guard.

Raledran looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

I would just about give that final round to Bofur Widenose.
I've got Widenose winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
