The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCork misses with a right hand
and Scheckter counters with a straight right hand.
Scheckter looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Scheckter on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Scheckter misses with the combination.
McCork misses with an uppercut.
McCork needs to keep his hands up - Scheckter had a free shot at his head there.

McCork lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Scheckter sprawling to the canvas. McCork follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Scheckter hang on?

It looks like Otto Scheckter has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McCork working over Scheckter with some ground and pound. Scheckter looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Oh Scheckter is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
McCork slips a nice elbow through Scheckter's hands, connecting with Scheckter's forehead.
Scheckter is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
McCork lands a big elbow - Scheckter is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for McCork!
