Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dominik Dlask (ranked 2106 p4p, 992 weight class) and Jair Brown (ranked 269 p4p, 142 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dominik Dlask!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jair Brown!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dlask has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Dlask bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Dlask throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Dlask trying to control the position but Brown is working away.
We've been hearing that Dlask has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Dlask throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Brown regains half guard.
Dlask wants to lay and pray for a moment but Brown keeps working.
Brown avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Dlask.
Dlask thows a huge punch but Brown dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dlask throwing shots but Brown is blocking nicely.
Brown keeping control of the position.
Dlask lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Dlask lands with a punch from half guard.
Dlask has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Brown has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dlask is working away from the top position though.
Dlask not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Brown is staying active underneath Dlask, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Dlask throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Dlask is stalling here. Brown is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Dlask seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Brown has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Dlask tries to control but Brown manages to take his back.

Dlask rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Dlask wants to control but Brown is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Dlask is pressing down on Brown's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Dlask manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Brown manages to get himself to full guard.

Dlask is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Brown not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Dlask throwing strikes from guard but Brown blocks nicely.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brown can do anything to dispel that myth.
Dlask missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Dlask throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Dlask with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Brown avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Dlask throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Brown works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dlask accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dlask wants to control from the top but Brown keeps moving.
Dlask with a nice head shot there.

Dlask working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Brown's head.
Dlask trying to control but Brown is working from the bottom.
Dlask stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brown swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Dlask throwing strikes from guard but Brown blocks nicely.
Dlask throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Brown works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brown is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Dlask throws a big elbow that misses.
Dlask throws a big right hand that misses.
Dlask in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Dlask trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Brown keeping moving, preventing Dlask from controlling successfully.
Dlask landing with the ground and pound.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dlask accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Dlask postures up in Brown's guard and throws a big left but Brown blocks it.
Dlask working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Brown is adopting a defensive guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dlask throws a big right hand that misses.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Dominik Dlask dominated that round.
That's time! Dlask's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

A lazy left from Brown finds it's target.
Dlask moves out of range of the leg kick from Brown.
Dlask looks for a takedown but Brown sprawls well.

Brown lands a big head kick that sends Dlask tumbling to the mat! Brown takes a step backwards and waves Dlask back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Dlask is rocked!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dlask is defended easily by Brown.
Oh Dlask is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brown fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Dlask seems to have got his legs back now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dlask shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Brown defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dominik Dlask. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dlask shoots in looking for a takedown. Brown tries to sprawl out of it but Dlask keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brown manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dlask lands the left hand.
Brown throws a hook to the side of Dlask's head but Dlask sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dlask half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Dlask looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Brown misses with a body shot

and Dlask decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Brown's guard.

Brown has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Dlask has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Brown scores with a shoulder strike.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dlask tries for a takedown. No joy.
Brown lands an uppercut.
Brown misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Brown is working Dlask over against the cage.
Brown lands with a left to the head.
Brown lands a left hand.
Brown dips a shoulder and cracks Dlask with a mighty uppercut! Dlask falls back against the cage and Brown unloads with a barrage of strikes! Dlask is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Brown screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jair Brown!
