Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Methodios McIntyre!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrov takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

No joy there for Petrov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Petrov feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits McIntyres jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Petrov is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops McIntyre like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving McIntyre from another fist facial!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ivan Petrov!
Ivan Petrov opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
