Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Wayne (ranked 354 p4p, 1608 weight class) and Sey La Vie (ranked 10 p4p, 73 weight class). Wayne's entrance music is Edge Of A Revolution- Nickelback. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and La Vie has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Wayne scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
La Vie takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Sey La Vie has been cut.
Wayne throws a leg kick that misses.
La Vie now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Wayne paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Wayne connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed La Vie momentarily.

La Vie has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

It seemed like La Vie was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wayne throws a right and a left that both miss.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from La Vie! But no joy.

La Vie is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
La Vie drops his hands momentarily and Wayne takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

La Vie moves out of range of the strikes.
La Vie unleashes a big counter combination but Wayne bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

A big head kick from Wayne and La Vie is sent sprawling to the canvas!

La Vie has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Wayne is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
La Vie lands a knee to the body.
Wayne's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

La Vie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wayne throws out the jab.

Wayne is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that La Vie can do to turn this around?

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sey La Vie's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Anthony Wayne really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Maximum Human Performance logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
