The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stallone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ray was well out of range. Poor timing from Stallone.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Stallone closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ray circles away.
A telegraphed right hand from Stallone misses the target.
Ray moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Stallone throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ray thuds a left hand into Stallone's body.
Stallone has a takedown stuffed.
Stallone thows a left - swing and a miss!
Horrible takedown by Stallone or perhaps it was just good defense by Ray which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sylvester Stallone. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stallone throws a right and a left that Ray avoids nicely.
Ray thuds his right hand into Stallone's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Ray feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Stallone crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
