Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kilo Maluga (ranked 1 p4p, 7 weight class) and Karim Johnson (ranked 1 p4p, 1 weight class). Maluga comes to the cage accompanied by JUNGLE. The crowd seem to be enjoying Johnson's choice of entrance music: Don't say nuthin'. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

We've been informed that Johnson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Maluga on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Johnson throws the left hand but Maluga avoids the punch easily.

Maluga cracks Johnson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Maluga has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Johnson to stand back up!
Johnson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Johnson walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Johnson limp body while Maluga jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Kilo Maluga decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
