The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sasaki falls off balance throwing a combination
and Edmond counters with a left and a right that stings Sasaki .

Edmond is pushing Sasaki up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Sasaki tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Edmond trying to control the position but instead, Sasaki has worked for underhooks and has pushed Edmond into the cage.

It seemed like Edmond was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Edmond throws a shot from downtown. Sasaki moves away and avoids it.
Sasaki throws a good cross that connects.
Sasaki pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Sasaki knocks Edmond to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Edmond is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sasaki has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Edmond is still on wobbly legs! Can Sasaki finish him?
Edmond throws a body shot but no joy.
Edmond tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sasaki was well out of range. Poor timing from Edmond.
Sasaki is stalking Edmond. Edmond circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Sasaki , and it's lights out! Edmond really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
