Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ulysses Corbin!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ferdinand Lascombe!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Hugh Johnson and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corbin cracks Lascombe with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Corbin scores with a shot to the body.
Lascombe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Corbin as he avoids it easily.
Corbin connects with a body shot.
We've been told by Corbin's head coaches at Tran MMA Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Corbin takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lascombe wants to clinch
and Corbin makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Lascombe looks winded!

Lascombe fails in his attempt to clinch.
Corbin lands a big right hook! Lascombe looks hurt but is still standing! Corbin lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Lascombe falls down and Corbin dives in with a huge hammer fist! Lascombe's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Corbin runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ulysses Corbin!
