Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Orestes Prometheus (ranked 1168 p4p, 1593 weight class) and Libor Lunak (ranked 30 p4p, 78 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Orestes Prometheus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Libor Lunak!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jonathan Paton and Steve Montenegro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lunak clinches up against the cage.
Prometheus lands with a light punch inside.
Lunak tries a knee to the head but Prometheus blocks it.

Prometheus breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lunak misses with a straight left.
Prometheus is looking to counter punch.
Prometheus lands a slapping body shot.
Lunak fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Prometheus manages to avoid it.
Lunak lands a jab to Prometheus's midsection.
Prometheus fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Prometheus fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Lunak looks winded!
Lunak gets off balance looking for a body kick
letting Prometheus counter with a right hand.

It looks like Libor Lunak has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Prometheus throws a head kick but Lunak moves out of range.

Prometheus feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Lunak sprawling to the canvas! Lunak rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Prometheus finish him?!
Lunak swings for the body but Prometheus moves out of range.
Lunak misses with a left hand
and Prometheus cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Lunak is rocked!
Lunak pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lunak just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromPrometheus.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lunak takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Lunak glances at the clock... BAM! Prometheus nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Lunak crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Lunak is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Orestes Prometheus!
After winning the bout, Orestes Prometheus thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
