Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sao Alela (ranked 1668 p4p, 1320 weight class) and Doko Dokov (ranked 227 p4p, 183 weight class). Alela's entrance music is Cryin' Like a Bitch. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dokov throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Alela is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dokov's half guard.
Dokov is trying to maintain the position but Alela is very close to passing his half guard.
Alela is looking to advance position but Dokov won't allow it.
Dokov has hold of Alela's hands but Alela slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Alela is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Dokov is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Dokov darts in and clinches Alela up against the cage.

Dokov is fighting off a takedown attempt but Alela is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Dokov to the mat. Dokov regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Alela lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Dokov tries to hold on but Alela pushes him away.
Dokov is squirming around, avoiding Alela's attempts to control the action.

Alela wants to finish this one by submission but Dokov is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Alela.
Dokov is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Dokov is trying to defend against the choke here but Alela has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Alela Tightens the hold and Dokov taps out furiously! Alela displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
