The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
One swings away with a body shot that misses
and Porter counters with a stiff right hand.
One showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Porter.
Porter stuffs the takedown.
A left and a right from Porter both land. Nice combination.
Porter looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
One shoots and misses
and Porter counters with a nice uppercut.

One chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Porter can pounce on him.
One shoots in but Porter avoids the takedown attempt easily.

One leaves Porter with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Porter tries to pass the half guard into mount. One knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Porter seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but One does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

One is looking for a triangle but Porter pushes his legs off easily.

Porter is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

One is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Porter is aware though and is defending well.
