Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Larry Williams (ranked 327 p4p, 513 weight class) and Cesare Tiramanti (ranked 53 p4p, 87 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiramanti lands a nice shot to the body.
Tiramanti fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Tiramanti misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Tiramanti.
Tiramanti cracks Williams with an open hand slap.
Tiramanti swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Williams counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Tiramanti has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Tiramanti throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tiramanti stuns Williams with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tiramanti looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Williams looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Tiramanti dives in and grabs Williams's left leg, looking for a takedown. Williams pushes down on Tiramanti's head and hops out.
As Tiramanti looks to move away, Williams throws a big counter combo but Tiramanti just gets out of the way.
Williams scores with a punch to the head.

Williams lands a big uppercut and Tiramanti crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Tiramanti looks OK. Williams waves Tiramanti back to his feet!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Tiramanti shoots in but Williams avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Larry Williams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cesare Tiramanti.
Williams displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tiramanti throws out the jab.
Tiramanti goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Tiramanti throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Williams counters with a nice right hand that sends Tiramanti toppling to the canvas! Tiramanti scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Williams finish him?!

Williams lands a brutal uppercut that launches Tiramanti off his feet! Tiramanti tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

A relieved looking Larry Williams thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
