The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diek takes one on the button.
Adams swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A jab from Adams finds it's way through Diek's defenses.
Diek takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Diek has his takedown stuffed
and Adams counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Adams is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Adams misses the shot to the body.
Diek is looking to counter the offense by Adams and move into the clinch.
Adams scores with a jab.
Diek moves away from the strike by Adams .
It looked like Diek was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Adams .
Diek takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

and Adams counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Adams dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Diek is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Adams throws an uppercut from hell that sends Diek clean off his feet! He's out cold! Adams stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
