Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sang Chunso!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bode Ike!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ike ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Chunso uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ike.
Chunso throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ike throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Donk. Ike catches Chunso right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Sang Chunso has been cut.
Chunso is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Chunso looks to land a body kick but Ike moved away.
Chunso avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ike thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ike throws an overhand right that lands on Chunso's shoulder, as Chunso tries to avoid the shot.
A head kick misses from Chunso.
Chunso throws a sloppy head kick and Ike moves out of range easily.
Chunso wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Chunso throws a looping overhand right but Ike ducks down to avoid it.
Ike moves out of range as Chunso strikes.
Chunso connects with a crisp jab.

It looks like Bode Ike has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chunso pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ike tries to move into range but Chunso moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Chunso connects with a crisp jab.
We've been told by Chunso's head coaches at Gold Samurai's Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A bone on bone clash there as Ike blocks the leg kick.
Ike avoids the head kick by Chunso.
Chunso throws an overhand right that lands on Ike's shoulder, as Ike tries to avoid the shot.
Chunso throws a nice looking combination but Ike bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ike throws out a counter right but Chunso avoids it with no problem.
Ike tests Chunso's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ike missing with a left hand there. Chunso was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Chunso paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Chunso rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ike moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sang Chunso seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big left from Chunso misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Ike! But no joy.
Chunso connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Ike scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Chunso lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ike circles away quickly and effectively.
Chunso listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ike has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Ike there as he acknowledges the shot.

Ike drops Chunso with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Chunso looks back up at him and smiles so Ike waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Chunso is rocked!
Ike is stalking Chunso. Chunso circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Ike, and it's lights out! Chunso really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bode Ike!
Our winner, Bode Ike, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
