The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castro jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Castro drops his hands momentarily and Carlier takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Castro throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fidelity Castro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Castro throws a right hand that Carlier ducks under and follows up with a left that Carlier also avoids with ease.
Castro cracks Carlier with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Castro has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Carlier to stand back up!
Carlier is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Carlier with a lazy takedown attempt
and Castro counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
