Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Trayvon Lewis!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zion Fury!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Fury lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lewis's sensitive parts.

and Lewis counters with a takedown into side control.
Fury really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lewis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Fury takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Lewis is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Fury knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Lewis slows the pace down in half guard.
Lewis has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Lewis seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Fury for as long as he can get away with.

Lewis has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Fury defend it? Lewis steps over the head and cranks it - Fury is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lewis!
