The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shigekiyo tries for a takedown but Ham circles away easily
and Ham counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Ham slips a jab from Shigekiyo.
Shigekiyo swings widly with a right hand
and Ham counters with a nice low kick that buckles Shigekiyo's knee momentarily.
Shigekiyo misses with a right hand
and Ham counters with a leg kick.
Ham lands a front kick.
Shigekiyo throws an off balance right hand
and Ham counters with a good low kick that Shigekiyo was not able to check.
Shigekiyo takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Nice takedown defense from Ham. No joy for Shigekiyo on that attempt.

and Ham counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Ham looks at the referee who does nothing so Ham lands a crushing right that sends Shigekiyo to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
