The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abner circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sanninen throws a series of punches but Abner avoids them all with ease.
Abner swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Nice jab there from Sanninen.
Sanninen throws a right and a left that Abner avoids nicely.
Abner blocks a head kick by Sanninen.

Abner throws a big shot that misses.
Sanninen tries to clinch but Abner moves away
and Abner counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Abner connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Sanninen fails in his attempt to clinch.
Abner delivers a nice body kick.
Daniel Sanninen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sanninen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Abner appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Sanninen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sanninen gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Sanninen is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Abner slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Sanninen is still on wobbly legs! Can Abner finish him?
Sanninen lands a big head kick that sends Abner tumbling to the mat! Sanninen takes a step backwards and waves Abner back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Abner is rocked!
It looks like Cayden Abner has been cut.
Abner measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Sanninen! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
