Beard comes to the cage accompanied by Ladies Love Country Boys - Trace Adkins. Ispa Hunter has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jarrod Beard's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ispa Hunter!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Kavanagh and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter lands a two punch combo.
Hunter shoots in but no luck this time.
Beard shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Beard was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Beard creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Beard scores with a couple of short elbows.
Hunter manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Hunter is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Beard is looking to take a break and control but Hunter is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Hunter has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Beard. Oh but Hunter has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Beard goes limp - he's gone! Hunter jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
