Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Boomer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Fury!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury checks the leg kick.
Fury throws out a counter right but Boomer avoids it with no problem.
Fury slips a jab from Boomer.
Boomer waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Fury.
Boomer lands a nice looking kick to the body. Fury takes a step back to recover.
The fighters circling - Fury throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Fury misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Boomer.
A quick step to the side and Boomer tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Boomer ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Fury keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Boomer.
Fury looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Nice defenses there by Boomer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boomer looks to land a body kick but Fury moved away.
Fury swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Fury swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Fury misses with a two punch combination.

Boomer has taken the fight to the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boomer fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Fury misses with a body punch.
Boomer misses with an elbow strike.
Fury lands a right hand that snaps the head of Boomer backwards.
Fury lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Fury tries a body shot but Boomer blocks it.
Fury has a couple of punches blocked by Boomer.
Boomer misses with an elbow strike.
Boomer is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Fury.
Boomer lands an elbow inside that Fury shrugs off.

It looks like John Fury has been cut.
Fury lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Fury takes an elbow to the temple.
Boomer missing with knees to the body.
Boomer misses with a knee to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boomer tries a knee to the head but Fury blocks it.
Boomer lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Fury looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Boomer lands an elbow that stopped Fury in his tracks for a moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boomer tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Fury blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Boomer lands an elbow inside that Fury shrugs off.

That has opened up John Fury's cut even more.
Fury has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Boomer seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Fury can turn it around.
Boomer landing knees to the head.
Fury misses with a body punch.
Boomer swings wildly with an uppercut but Fury uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fury breaks from the clinch.
Boomer throws an off balance right hand
and Fury makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Boomer connects with a body shot.
Fury fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Boomer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fury moves away.
Boomer throws an off balance right hand
and Fury counters with a stiff right hand.
Boomer wants to clinch
and Fury counters with a one-two to the body.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fury swinging wildly here.
Boomer throws a big shot that misses.
Boomer tries to clinch but Fury moves out of range.
Fury lands with a right hand.
Fury connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Boomer tumbling to the canvas! Fury pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Boomer was done - good stoppage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). John Fury!
After winning the bout, John Fury thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
