Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Karokaro (ranked 1757 p4p, 2861 weight class) and Klas Wallin (ranked 236 p4p, 368 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Roberto Karokaro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Klas Wallin!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallin shoots in but no luck this time.
Wallin shoots in looking for a takedown. Karokaro tries to sprawl out of it but Wallin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Karokaro manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Karokaro throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wallin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A slapping leg kick lands for Karokaro.
Wallin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Wallin trying to mount his opponent but Karokaro defends it.
Wallin throws a strike but Karokaro avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wallin keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Karokaro's head.

Karokaro wants to stand and escape but Wallin is having none of it.

Karokaro gets to his feet - Wallin follows without any prompting.
Karokaro bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Wallin's head backwards.

letting Karokaro counter with a right hand.
Roberto Karokaro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Klas Wallin.
No luck for Wallin with that takedown attempt.
Karokaro tries to bum rush Wallin with a series of wild strikes but Wallin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Karokaro throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wallin.
A lazy left from Karokaro finds it's target.
Karokaro looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Karokaro lands with a good body shot.
Wallin shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Karokaro defends it nicely.
Wallin looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

and Karokaro counters with a stiff right hand.
Wallin shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Wallin showed some decent athleticism there.
Karokaro is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wallin throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Wallin throwing shots but Karokaro is blocking nicely.
Wallin wants to free his trapped foot but Karokaro is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Wallin lands a nice short elbow.
Wallin tries to pass to full mount but Karokaro defends it.

Wallin seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Karokaro is looking to escape.
Karokaro manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Wallin keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Wallin has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Karokaro avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Karokaro stops a takedown attempt from Wallin.
Karokaro breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wallin tries for a takedown but Karokaro sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Karokaro works over Wallin's head and body with a nice combination.
Wallin slips a jab and a cross from Karokaro.
Wallin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Karokaro's waist but Karokaro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wallin off to one side.

This has been an exciting period of action!

and Karokaro counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Karokaro lands a leg kick that knocks Wallin off balance momentarily.

and Karokaro counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Wallin is still on wobbly legs! Can Karokaro finish him?

Wallin gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Karokaro gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
