Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juki Allu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Billy Blank!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allu wants to clinch
and Allu takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Juki Allu has been cut.
Allu clinches.
Blank is trying to break the clinch but Allu has him pressed against the cage.
Blank breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Allu tries to clinch but Blank is having none of it.
Blank scores with the left hand. Allu knows he should have avoided that one.
Allu misses with an attempted mid kick.
Allu swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Blank counters with a stiff right hand.
Blank is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Allu lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Blank has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Allu tries to close the distance and clinch up but Blank swats him away and circles back towards the center.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Blank counters with a crisp right hand that drops Allu! Blank lets Allu back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Allu is rocked!
Juki Allu's cut is getting worse.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Allu wants to clinch but Blank slips to the side
and Blank counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Billy Blank!
After winning the bout, Billy Blank thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
