Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tim Horton (ranked 210 p4p, 119 weight class) and Willie Diggs (ranked 32 p4p, 19 weight class). Horton comes to the cage accompanied by Canada National Anthem. Diggs has chosen CHOSEN 1 as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tim Horton!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Willie Diggs!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Reed Andrews and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horton tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Horton moves into the clinch.
Diggs pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Horton throws out a leg kick but Diggs moves out of range and Horton only half commits.
Diggs has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Horton tries to close the distance and clinch but Diggs swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Willie Diggs is the new middleweight champion!
After the fight, Willie Diggs was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Tim Horton was interviewed post fight and said 'I walk out of this cage a new man, a hungrier one. I realize the mistakes I had very good moments in the fight. I’ll be back, and fighting for the belt again. FOR CANADA🇨🇦 #THEGREATWHITENORTH'.
