Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Scott Armstrong (ranked 1909 p4p, 1835 weight class) and Arthur Pugsley (ranked 174 p4p, 168 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scott Armstrong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Arthur Pugsley!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Russell Pearce and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armstrong swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Pugsley counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Pugsley working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Armstrong on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Armstrong tries to get out of the position.

Pugsley is working to tighten his grip on Armstrong's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Armstrong has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Pugsley is really squeezing tight and eventually Armstrong passes out! Pugsley breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
