Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Joseph Watson (ranked 646 p4p, 1219 weight class) and Iwon Raczynski (ranked 99 p4p, 188 weight class). Watson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Anarchy in the UK. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Iwon Raczynski!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson lands with a hook. Raczynski tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

and Watson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Watson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Raczynski manages to avoid it.

Watson stuns Raczynski with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Raczynski is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Watson.
Raczynski has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Watson.
Watson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Raczynski uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Watson.
Raczynski was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Watson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Watson keeps control of the position for the meantime.

Raczynski takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Watson makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Watson.

Raczynski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Watson shoots in and bounces Raczynski off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

I think Raczynski has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Iwon Raczynski decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
