Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tam Yu Tai (ranked 44 p4p, 224 weight class) and Roland Weudke (ranked 6 p4p, 25 weight class). Yu Tai comes to the cage accompanied by Invincible Pole Fighter. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Roland Weudke!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weudke misses with a body shot
and Yu Tai counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Roland Weudke has been cut.
Yu Tai throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Weudke misses with a jab to the body
and Yu Tai counters with a nice uppercut.
Weudke throws a wild body kick that Yu Tai sees coming a mile off.
Weudke uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Yu Tai.
Weudke appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Yu Tai has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Dr Hatsumi's Clinic in the buildup to the fight.
Weudke blocks the body kick.
A big left from Yu Tai misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Weudke lands a big head kick that sends Yu Tai tumbling to the mat! Weudke takes a step backwards and waves Yu Tai back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Tam Yu Tai has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Weudke counters with a nice right hand that sends Yu Tai toppling to the canvas! Yu Tai scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Weudke finish him?!
Yu Tai is rocked!
Yu Tai throws a lazy uppercut
and Weudke counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
