Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mandlenkosi Thulani!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Morbius Manifesto!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manifesto takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Morbius Manifesto has been cut.
Thulani misses with a left hand
and Manifesto counters with a straight right hand.
A cross from Thulani lands.
A looping hook to the body misses from Thulani. Manifesto does a little dance to reset his feet.
A telegraphed right hand from Manifesto misses the target.
Thulani is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Thulani digs a good hook to Manifesto's body.
Thulani throws a lazy right hand but Manifesto sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Manifesto moves out of range as Thulani strikes.
Manifesto swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Thulani misses with a jab to the body
letting Manifesto counter with a right hand.
Manifesto throws the left hand but Thulani avoids the punch easily.
A little feinted left hand from Thulani on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Thulani scores with a crisp jab that stopped Manifesto in his tracks.
Manifesto takes a shot to the body in his stride.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Manifesto ducks under a wild hook from Thulani.
BOOM! Thulani lands a beautiful left hook that drops Manifesto. Manifesto tries to recover but Thulani is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Manifesto lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mandlenkosi Thulani!
