Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peoples Champion (ranked 2367 p4p, 3020 weight class) and Jake Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Champion comes to the cage accompanied by Aegukka. Peterson has chosen Berzerk by Eminem as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jake Peterson!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Reed Andrews and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Champion lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like Jake Peterson has been cut.
Champion cracks Peterson with a big right hand and Peterson goes down!
Peterson looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Champion's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Champion prevents Peterson from getting back to his feet.
Champion gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Peterson throws a head kick but Champion moves out of range.
Champion throwing a counter right hand but Peterson manages to avoid it.
Champion drops Peterson with a big left hand and mounts him. Peterson is in big trouble!
Peterson is rocked!
Champion get's back to his feet.
Peterson is still on wobbly legs! Can Champion finish him?
Champion cracks Peterson with a left hook right on the temple and Peterson goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Champion lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Peterson is OK!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Peoples Champion!
A very excited looking Peoples Champion rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
