Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aboubacar Mandiang (ranked 1535 p4p, 2144 weight class) and Chris Coryatt (ranked 204 p4p, 285 weight class). Mandiang's entrance music is Oliver Twist. A fine choice. Coryatt has chosen Slim Thug - Welcome 2 Houston as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Chris Coryatt enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aboubacar Mandiang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Coryatt!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decent striking displayed by Coryatt there.
It looks like Aboubacar Mandiang has been cut.
Coryatt leaves Mandiang with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mandiang shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Coryatt as he jumps to the side.
Coryatt stuffs the takedown attempt from Mandiang. Mandiang gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aboubacar Mandiang. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mandiang throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Coryatt's waist but Coryatt gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mandiang off to one side.

Mandiang ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mandiang no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Coryatt avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Coryatt's coach down at Kalashnikov ELITE MMA Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Coryatt's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Mandiang looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Oh Mandiang is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Aboubacar Mandiang is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Mandiang is aggressively charging in as Coryatt backs up avoiding any damage. Coryatt tosses out a jab and Mandiang runs right into it face first! Mandiang is out cold! Coryatt dropped down on all fours and is barking in Mandiang's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
