Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aljosa Medeiros (ranked 1942 p4p, 3316 weight class) and Paulo Roberto (ranked 254 p4p, 273 weight class). Medeiros comes to the cage accompanied by Sidequest - Chime. Roberto has chosen Samba de Roda as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Medeiros misses the target.
Medeiros takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Medeiros dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Roberto comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Roberto swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Medeiros throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Medeiros cracks Roberto with a right hand to the side of the head.
Medeiros lunges at Roberto with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Roberto's hand.

Medeiros walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

and Roberto counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Medeiros looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Roberto cracks Medeiros with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Medeiros looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Roberto finish him?

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Roberto darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Medeiros's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Roberto before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
