Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 23 - 1, fighting out of London, Roman Ship!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulkkinen throws a body shot but no joy.
Pulkkinen throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ship throws a sloppy body shot
and Pulkkinen counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Roman Ship has been cut.
Pulkkinen has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Chuckles Strenght and Conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Ship misses with a shot to the body
enabling Pulkkinen to counter with a crisp jab.
Pulkkinen steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ship.
Pulkkinen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ship has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pulkkinen closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Ship swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Pulkkinen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ship moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Pulkkinen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ship.
Ship throws a looping overhand right but Pulkkinen ducks down to avoid it.
Ship takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Pulkkinen misses the shot to the body.
Ship drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Pulkkinen defends it well.
Pulkkinen throws out a loose jab but Ship uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ship missing with a left hand there. Pulkkinen was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Ship might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Ship clinches up with Pulkkinen and pushes him back against the cage.
Pulkkinen lands a hook that snaps the head of Ship backwards.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pulkkinen tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ship's elbow.

Pulkkinen is looking to break free of the clinch but Ship has double underhooks.

Ship uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pulkkinen.
Ship takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
That has opened up Roman Ship's cut even more.

Pulkkinen was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Ship throws a lazy uppercut
and Pulkkinen counters with a one-two to the body.
Pulkkinen lands a jab to the nose.
Ship misses with a body shot
and Pulkkinen counters with a crisp one two that drops Ship! Pulkkinen thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Ship to his feet! Ship is in big trouble!
Ship is rocked!
Sepi Pulkkinen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ship throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Pulkkinen makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Ship throws a hook but Pulkkinen avoids it easily.
Ship looks up at the clock. Bad move! Pulkkinen lands a right hand from hell, dropping Ship. Pulkkinen pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sepi Pulkkinen!
After the fight, Sepi Pulkkinen was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
