Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ay Blyad (ranked 109 p4p, 159 weight class) and Ernest Graves (ranked 22 p4p, 30 weight class). Blyad comes to the cage accompanied by luv. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ay Blyad!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 41 - 32 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, Ernest Graves!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Graves gets a takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Graves throwing shots but Blyad is blocking nicely.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Graves working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Graves is nestled in close to Blyad, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Graves wants to lay and pray for a moment but Blyad keeps working.

Blyad is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Graves pulls his head out easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Graves passes to side control.
Graves looks up at the clock and then as Blyad takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Graves smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Graves wants to control but Blyad is keeping him busy.
Blyad avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Graves.
Graves working the body and head with strikes.
Blyad prevents Graves from moving into mount.
Graves has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Graves trying to control the action but Blyad is working from the bottom.
Graves advances nicely into full mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Graves lands a big elbow.
Graves lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Blyad hang on?
Blyad tries to lock up and control but Graves gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Graves lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Graves is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Blyad can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Graves! Blyad is hurt baaadly! Graves is firing away with more strikes - Blyad is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
