The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masterson tries for a takedown but Tsai circles away easily
and Tsai counters with a takedown into side control.
Tsai looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Masterson is looking for a sweep.
You can see the frustration on Masterson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Masterson is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Tsai's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Masterson working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Tsai is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Masterson has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Tsai taps out!
