And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Hunter Broderick !
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancaster slips a jab from Broderick .
Lancaster swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Lancaster takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Broderick on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

and Lancaster counters with a straight right hand.
Lancaster throws a shot from downtown. Broderick moves away and avoids it.
Broderick has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Broderick uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lancaster.

and Lancaster takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Broderick counters with a nice right hand that sends Lancaster toppling to the canvas! Lancaster scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Broderick finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Broderick throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lancaster misses with a wild body shot.
Broderick follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Lancaster throws an off balance right hand
and Broderick counters with a nice right hand that sends Lancaster toppling to the canvas! Lancaster scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Broderick finish him?!
Lancaster is rocked!
Lancaster misses with a left hand
and Broderick counters with a big right hand! Oh Lancaster is in trouble here! Broderick follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

After winning the bout, Hunter Broderick thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
